The Horeca Academie
The Horeca Academie is a fast-growing private trainer within the hospitality industry. Participants of the Horeca Academie want to increase their professional competence as (independently working) cook, kitchen manager, specialized cook, and catering entrepreneur manager. We are looking for a (preferably native) English speaking teacher for our Professional Chefs education both at our locations Rotterdam, Rijswijk as well as Amsterdam.

Ons nieuwe jaar start goed. Wij zijn druk bezig met het inrichten van de keuken op onze nieuwe locatie bij The Kitchen Republic in Amsterdam. Eind januari starten wij daar onder andere met onze vernieuwde Professional Chef opleiding Level 3. Deze vernieuwde opleiding zal de eerste serieuze stap zijn naar onze verdere ontwikkeling binnen het modulair opleiden. Een kleine beknopte versie van het lesprogramma:

De Horeca Academie is verheugd aan te kondigen dat we in september 2024 een nieuwe Engelstalige koksopleiding, de Professional Chef, starten in het hart van Rotterdam, op de prachtige locatie van de Markthal.

De Markthal is niet alleen een iconische plek in Rotterdam, maar ook een centrum van culinaire diversiteit en innovatie. Deze unieke locatie biedt een inspirerende omgeving voor toekomstige chefs om hun vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en te profiteren van de rijke culinaire cultuur die de Markthal te bieden heeft.

Onze Engelstalige koksopleiding Professional Chef is ontworpen voor internationale studenten en lokale bewoners die hun culinaire carrière willen starten of verder willen ontwikkelen. Met een uitgebreid curriculum dat de nadruk legt op praktijkgerichte training en theorie, bereiden we onze studenten voor op een succesvolle carrière in de horeca. Vanaf september 2024 kunnen geïnteresseerden uit Rotterdam en omgeving elke vrijdag terecht voor deze opleiding.

Naast deze nieuwe locatie in de Markthal, breidt de Horeca Academie haar bereik verder uit. We zijn al gevestigd in Rijswijk, Zwolle, Amsterdam, Houten en Alkmaar (vanaf november), en Eindhoven (vanaf januari). Onze groeiende aanwezigheid stelt ons in staat om nog meer studenten te ondersteunen bij hun culinaire opleiding en carrièreontwikkeling.

Horeca Academie Launches English-Language Professional Chef Program in Rotterdam

Horeca Academie is excited to announce the launch of a new English-language culinary program, the Professional Chef, starting in September 2024 in the heart of Rotterdam, at the beautiful Markthal location.

The Markthal is not only an iconic place in Rotterdam but also a hub of culinary diversity and innovation. This unique setting offers an inspiring environment for aspiring chefs to develop their skills and benefit from the rich culinary culture the Markthal provides.

Our English-language Professional Chef program is designed for international students and local residents who want to start or further their culinary careers. With a comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes hands-on training and theory, we prepare our students for a successful career in the hospitality industry. Starting September 2024, interested individuals from Rotterdam and the surrounding area can join us every Friday for this program.

In addition to this new location at the Markthal, Horeca Academie is expanding its reach further. We are already established in Rijswijk, Zwolle, Amsterdam, Houten, and Alkmaar (from November), and Eindhoven (from January). Our growing presence allows us to support even more students in their culinary education and career development.
