Summer is just around the corner. We have developped a special summer programme. The Horeca Academie Summer School consist of two courses. We have the Dutch course: Cursus Professioneel Koken or the English version Professional Culinary Course. During this course you will learn all the essential techniques and cooking skills and how to apply them in multiple dishes. This is a six week course. Classes are four days a week ( Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). You can follow the full programme, or select one or more weeks.
For whom?
You do not need to have an apprenticeship to follow this Summer School course.
